Lick your blunt, get that sucker nice and moist. Slice it right down the middle, end to end, with your knife/scissors. Remove all the tobacco gently as to prevent ripping.
The second step in how to roll a blunt is to cut off the rounded end of it. It's annoying and causes the blunt to fold over when you're rolling. Take the inner paper from your blunt and you should have a nice rectangular paper to roll your blunt with.
Lick the ends of your blunt to make them even. Make sure any tears you made are sealed up, these will make it burn horribly if you have them. Fold the blunt in the middle so it looks like a joint paper.
Spread your weed evenly along the blunt. You should have enough (at least .7 grams) so it doesn't fold over onto itself. It'll burn badly - with a small amount of weed you're better off with a bowl of some sort.
We're almost done learning how to roll a blunt. Make the shape of the blunt, the circle, by folding it over the weed. Make sure to fold it evenly, if you have one end skinnier than the other it will be hard for air to travel through.
Fold up the rest and lick the last quarter inch length wise and press down. You will want to still maintain the circular shape at all costs. This is what separates the great blunts from the bad blunts.
Take your lighter and move it up and down the entire blunt to dry that baby out. You don't want it to be moist. Make sure not to light it on fire, my friend did this once. He's an idiot.
Stick that perfectly rolled masterpiece into your mouth. Inhale and light the other end with your lighter. If you did it correctly, it should catch and burn steadily. You might have to re-light a few times if you're a newcomer, other than that, you're done!

Do Blunts Waste Weed?
Contrary to popular belief, blunts don't waste that much weed. The operate similar to a bowl and only are truly lit when you are inhaling. Sure, a bong is slightly more efficient, but learning how to roll a blunt is going to conserve your weed overall better than if you were rolling a joint and it's windy outside (explained on homepage.)
Are Blunt Wraps Bad For You?
The sad thing is, they're not the best.
Unlike bowls, bubblers, bongs, vaporizers, and clear rolling papers, you get tobacco when you inhale a blunt. Blunt wraps are actually just tobacco leaves. Tobacco is in cigarettes and causes cancer.
Don't smoke blunts all the time, but a few now and then are OK. They don't have all of the added garbage that cigarettes have (chemicals, etc. so they are much healthier, but still not the healthiest. To be completely safe, use a vaporizer or make edibles instead of learning how to roll a blunt.
Should First Timers Smoke Blunts?
NO! NO! NO!
A first time smoker should not smoke a blunt, let alone learn how to roll a blunt. Similar to joints, blunts are harsh because the smoke from the cannabis cannot be filtered like it would be through a bong or bubbler. Add the fact that blunt wraps are tobacco, and will add to the harshness, and you have a recipe for disaster.
First timers won't even be able to take a proper hit through a blunt unless they have smoked cigarettes. They won't know what to expect and will end up coughing with smoke still in their lungs. This will make their lungs hurt and they won't enjoy smoking marijuana for the first time.
